Start the day by taking the ferry to Eceabat or connecting directly to the peninsula via the bridge. Let your first stop be the Çanakkale Kilitbahir Castle Museum, built by Fatih Sultan Mehmet on the narrowest part of the Bosphorus.

While its cloverleaf-shaped architecture attracts the attention of children, watching the strait from the walls of the castle offers a great viewing pleasure to the whole family.

Hint: Don't forget to take a family photo in front of the huge wooden Trojan Horse located in the nearby ancient city right at the exit of the museum!
Çanakkale Center and the Pleasure of the Mirrored Bazaar

In the second half of the day, we are turning the route to the center of Çanakkale. After taking a walk along the lanyard and tasting the famous cheese halva, stop by the Aynali Bazaar, which has been the subject of folk songs.
Why Will You Like It?
You can buy local souvenirs, mirrored ornaments and ceramics for your loved ones from the bazaar, which offers a nostalgic atmosphere with its historical vaulted structure, before returning to the big cities.
Hint: After a trip to the bazaar, you can also see the giant Hollywood horse (used in the movie Troy starring Brad Pitt) on the beach with the children.
